The Cultural and Historical group - trip to Clondalkin Round Tower.
The St. Agnes' CCMA Cultural and Historical group went on an interesting trip to the Round Tower at Clondalkin on Friday 20th October. This is the first in a planned series "Discover Dublin " arranged by St Agnes CCMA. The group was guided through the newly opened OPW Museum and thoroughly enjoyed the 3D animated film in the round which outlines the history of the Tower and its environs. Some of the group discovered their inner child dressing up in historic costumes laid out for visitors to try on! These tours are open to students of St Agnes' CCMA and members of any of the large group organisations attached to St Agnes' CCMA including the Theatrical Costumes Sewing Group, Crumlin Community Choir, St Agnes Musical Society and St Agnes' Parents String Orchestra. Friends, relatives and partners are very welcome to join in.
